Ein Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher besteht nicht bzw. das Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher kann vorzeitig erlöschen bei folgenden Verträgen:
Verträge zur Erbringung von Dienstleistungen in den Bereichen Beherbergung zu anderen Zwecken als zu Wohnzwecken, Beförderung von Waren, Kraftfahrzeugvermietung, Lieferung von Speisen und Getränken sowie zur Erbringung weiterer Dienstleistungen im Zusammenhang mit Freizeitbetätigungen, wenn der Vertrag für die Erbringung einen spezifischen Termin oder Zeitraum vorsieht (§ 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 9 BGB). Das heißt, soweit COLORS EVENTS UG Dienstleistungen aus dem Bereich der Freizeitbetätigung anbietet, insbesondere Eintrittskarten für Veranstaltungen, besteht kein Widerrufsrecht. Jede Bestellung von Eintrittskarten ist damit unmittelbar nach Bestätigung gemäß Ziffer III. 1. durch COLORS EVENTS UG bindend und verpflichtet zur Abnahme und Bezahlung der bestellten Karten.
Verträge zur Lieferung von Ton- oder Videoaufnahmen oder Computersoftware in einer versiegelten Packung, wenn die Versiegelung nach der Lieferung entfernt wurde (§ 312g Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr. 6 BGB).
A right of withdrawal for consumers does not exist or the right of withdrawal for consumers may expire prematurely for the following contracts:
Contracts for the provision of services in the areas of accommodation for purposes other than residential purposes, transport of goods, rental of motor vehicles, delivery of food and drinks as well as for the provision of other services in connection with leisure activities, if the contract provides for a specific date or period for the provision (§ 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 9 BGB). This means that if COLORS EVENTS UG offers services in the field of leisure activities, in particular tickets for events, there is no right of withdrawal. Each order of admission tickets is therefore binding immediately after confirmation in accordance with Section III. 1. by COLORS EVENTS UG and is obliged to accept and pay for the tickets ordered.
Contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery (§ 312g para. 2 sentence 1 no. 6 BGB).
